The Racine Lakeshore Officials’ Association (RLOA) will host its 19th annual Holiday Showcase on Saturday, Dec. 14 at Union Grove High School.
The goal of the event is to provide funds to participating teams’ athletic departments. In addition, a portion of the net profits are donated to several charitable and nonprofit organizations within the area communities. Over the previous 18 years, the event has raised nearly $100.000.
ROLA members provide volunteers for the event, including game officials, scorekeepers, timers, announcers, ticket sellers, and hall monitors.
In addition, the event is supported by area 20 area businesses that have advertisements in the program provided at the event.
