Authorities said they are searching for a man after three people were found dead in a home in New Lisbon on Monday afternoon.
Virgil Thew, 47, is "a person of interest" in the deaths in the Juneau County community of about 2,500, New Lisbon Police Chief Kyle Walker said.
Thew, who was last seen wearing a dark-colored down coat and hat, is 5-foot-10 and around 150 pounds, Walker said.
Thew is considered armed and dangerous, said Walker, who encouraged anyone who sees him to notify law enforcement and not confront or approach him.
The New Lisbon Police Department said it will provide additional information on Tuesday.
