RACINE COUNTY — Residents in Mount Pleasant and Caledonia will vote at different polling places for the Nov. 21 and Dec. 19 special elections for Racine County executive.
Voters in Wards 6, 7, 8, 20 and 22 will vote at the Caledonia Public Safety Building, 5045 Chester Lane.
Voters in Wards 2, 3, 4, 11, 17 and 18 will vote at Mount Pleasant Village Hall, 8811 Campus Drive.
The polling location changes will only be in effect for the Nov. 21 and Dec. 19 elections and will not carry into 2025, according to the villages.
The primary special election on Thursday, Nov. 21, will have four candidates on the ballot: Wendy Christensen, Melvin Hargrove, Ralph Malicki and Lorenzo Santos.
The two candidates who receive the most votes during the primary election will then move on to the Thursday, Dec. 19, general election for Racine County executive.
